Welcome to IRONÓ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you visit our website, place an order, or use any of our products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services—including browsing our website, creating an account, or making a purchase—you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

IRONÓ is powered by Shopify, which helps us operate our online store and securely process transactions.

1. Using Our Services

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from our store.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services—including products, prices, descriptions, availability, and website features—at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

2. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product based on the description, availability, and price displayed at that time.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and verification. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Quantity limitations

  • Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

If your cancellation request is received before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and all included parts.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Before returning anything, contact us at contact@shopirono.com to receive approval, the correct return address, and return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Product Information and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, product colors, finishes, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and screen settings.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and confirming compatibility with their tractor, implement, PTO shaft, quick-hitch system, and intended application before ordering or installing a product.

The IRONÓ Reach 2.0 is intended for compatible standard 1-3/8-inch, 6-spline PTO connections. Compatibility may vary based on equipment configuration, available clearance, PTO shaft length, and required shaft overlap.

We reserve the right to correct errors, omissions, pricing mistakes, and inaccurate product information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

6. Product Use and Safety

Tractors, PTO systems, rotating shafts, and connected implements can cause serious injury, property damage, or death if installed or operated incorrectly.

You are responsible for:

  • Confirming that the product is compatible with your equipment

  • Reading and following all instructions supplied with the product

  • Following the safety instructions provided by your tractor, PTO shaft, and implement manufacturers

  • Turning off the tractor, removing the key, and ensuring all moving components have completely stopped before installation, removal, adjustment, or inspection

  • Ensuring the product is correctly installed, fully secured, and properly maintained before operation

  • Maintaining proper PTO shaft overlap, operating angles, guarding, and clearance

  • Inspecting the product and connected equipment before each use

Do not use a damaged, modified, loose, improperly fitted, or incompatible product.

IRONÓ is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, incompatible equipment, product modification, misuse, excessive force, failure to follow instructions, or unsafe operation.

If you are uncertain about installation or compatibility, consult a qualified tractor or agricultural equipment professional before use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through the IRONÓ website—including our name, logos, branding, graphics, images, videos, product descriptions, page layouts, and code—is owned by IRONÓ or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

IRONÓ uses Shopify and other third-party providers to process payments, operate our website, fulfill orders, and provide customer services.

These providers may collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy and their respective policies.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. IRONÓ is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or business practices of those websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IRONÓ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through our store.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which IRONÓ operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other appropriate authorities with jurisdiction over the matter.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted means you accept those changes.
